Grab bag of links, lists, reviews

“Grab bag” doesn’t quite cut it, though. “Dump truck,” maybe? Anyway, what with writing a novel and going on book tour, I kept putting off slapping all these up here. But, I mean, this, this post, is the easy part. Filing all these with their respective books, that’s gonna take me more than a few moments, here. But, it’s not gonna do itself, either. They should be there momentarily. Next up: all the Buffalo Hunter Hunter stuff, but that’s its own huge post . . .

The Only Good Indians Review: Fusion of Horror and Cultural

https://bsky.app/profile/mdub13.bsky.social/post/3lmvlpewcss2p

Elk Headed Woman, from horror novel The Only Good Indians by Stephen Graham Jones (@sgj.bsky.social)I love a spooky, unsettling read that stays with you long after you’ve finished the book.

@sgj.bsky.social out of the blue, my teenager mentions she's reading TOGI for school. I get a text about the climax of Lewis's story. I get a text about Cass and Gabe and the end. Then she drops this drawing she did. (Now wondering if I give her TLFG, where I started, or introduce her to Jade.)
